Who is responsible
Public alert signup is currently closed, so the site does not accept personal details through its forms. The responsible operator's legal name, postal address and privacy contact will be published here before signup opens.
What we collect
If you join Pallet Drop or create a Product Watch after signup opens, we collect your email address, the products and limits you ask us to monitor, confirmation and unsubscribe status, alert preferences, consent source and a one-way hash of the submitting IP address. We also record matches and the delivery events needed to operate and measure the email. We do not collect payment details through the directory, Pallet Drop or Product Watch.
Why we use it
We use subscriber data to confirm your request, send the alerts you asked for, prevent abuse, honour unsubscribes and understand whether the digest is useful. The basis is your consent for marketing email and our legitimate interest in securing and operating the service.
Processors and international transfers
Netlify hosts the public service, Netlify Database stores subscriber records when alerts are enabled, and Resend delivers confirmation and alert messages. The applicable locations and transfer safeguards will be published here before alerts accept personal data.
Retention
Pending signups that are not confirmed are removed or anonymised after a reasonable confirmation window. Confirmed records remain while you subscribe. Unsubscribe and suppression evidence is kept as needed to ensure we do not contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent using the privacy contact above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
The directory does not set advertising cookies. If analytics requiring consent is introduced, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before it is enabled.
Assisted Buy
We record when you request a human eligibility review for a specific match. That request does not authorise a purchase. If the separate buying service opens, its identity, mandate, funding, approval and fulfilment records will be covered by an additional notice and agreement before we collect them.
