A Product Watch is a best-efforts notification service. Matching and email delivery can be delayed or wrong, stock may be gone when you open an alert, and SurplusFox has not bought, reserved or inspected a lot merely because it sent an alert.
Assisted Buy
Selecting Assisted Buy interest or requesting a human eligibility review grants no authority to purchase and does not reserve stock. Any future purchase on a client's behalf requires a separate written agreement, confirmed funding, hard value and time limits, and client approval for that exact transaction. Until that agreement is active, SurplusFox will not act as buyer or agent.
